Service 01

Crankshaft Grinding

Cranks up to 2 m — CAT, ADE, 407 and bigger.

We grind cranks up to 2 meters in length (CAT, ADE, 407 etc.), including cranks with journal breadth of 17 mm. We straighten cast iron and steel cranks to within tolerance before we grind.

Reboring

Motorbike barrels to Ford tractor blocks — and bigger.

We rebore from motorbike barrels to Ford tractor blocks, as well as very big blocks like CAT, ADE, 407 and bell.

Service 03

Cylinder Head Reconditioning

Full recondition, pressure tested.

We recondition all types of cylinder heads, including fitting of seats and aluminium welding. We also pressure test every head.

Honing & Conrods

Finished on the honing machine — bike barrels to industrial blocks.

Our finished product is done on the honing machine. After reboring we hone from motorbike barrels to industrial blocks.

Service 05

Engine Assembly

Petrol and diesel — to spec.

We assemble all sorts of engines, petrol and diesel, to manufacturer specifications.

Seat Refacing

We manufacture our own seats and face them in-house.

We manufacture our own seats which we fit to the cylinder head and face on our refacing machine. We also cut out and weld aluminium where seats need to be fitted.

Service 07

Valve Refacing

Cast-steel reamers ground for clean cuts.

A reamer is made out of cast steel, tempered and ground. Small grooves are filled in the reamer in front of the cutting edges to allow for clearance of chips.

Welding

Aluminium, cast iron, steel, stainless.

We weld aluminium, cast iron, steel and stainless. A large share of our work is rebuilding cylinder heads.

Head Skimming

Back to a perfect seating finish.

Once a cylinder head becomes distorted from overheating or a blown head gasket, skimming brings it back to a perfect seating finish.

General Engineering

Lathe, milling, machining of all sorts.

We also do lathe work, milling, and undertake all sorts of machining for industrial and agricultural clients.

Broken Bolts & Threads

Extracted, repaired, re-cut.

Seized fasteners, snapped studs and stripped threads — extracted and repaired without damaging the parent component.

Cracked Head Repairs

Crack detection, weld repair, pressure test.

Cracks identified, welded and pressure-tested — bringing a written-off head back to service.
